Meet Bob & Kate Guelig
Bob and Kate owned Northwinds Supper Club & Banquet Hall for 15 years in Eden. It was recently closed due to an unforeseen turn of events. However, don’t be sad, this story has a happy ending.
This turn of events allowed Bob and Kate to follow their dream of creating a unique shopping experience for those that wanted to experience the ability to turn vintage into resplendent. Salvaging, recycling and repurposing have always been in the hearts and souls of Bob and Kate Guelig. Even when the restaurant was open, Bob and Kate had dabbled with antiques, vintage finds, repurposing and the gift market.
Bob’s main business, Guelig’s Waste Removal and Demolition contributes the bulk of the vintage finds, rusty relics and unique old junk found scattered throughout the entire building. Kate whose background is in Interior Design, gives them new purpose and life in interesting and intriguing ways.
With the interest and desire for vintage goods growing they are excited to be taking this next step in offering more retro, vintage, rusty antiques and odd finds for sale along with the gifts, and wine.
They are excited to expand their showcase to include local artists who bring their natural talent and ideas into this ever evolving and fun location.
So please stop out today, say “HI” to Bob and Kate, and peruse thru all of the goodies that can be found at Northwinds JUNK POST.
